The Shop Owner may assign this Agreement and its rights and obligations under this Agreement without your consent. No consent or waiver by any party to or of any breach or default by any other party in its performance of its obligations under this Agreement will be: (a) deemed or construed to be a consent to or waiver of a continuing breach or default or any other breach or default of those or any other obligations of that party; or (b) effective unless in writing and signed by all parties. The parties have expressly requested and required that this Agreement and all other related documents be drawn up in the English language.

We supply products of high quality. Please see the size guides and ensure the size is correct or telephone (02477049458) for advice if unsure. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the product return it to us for an exchange or refund, within 60 days from the purchase date. The products must be unused and in their original packaging with labels attached. Return shipping costs are non- refundable. Please enclose your name and order number. We will not accept products that are not in perfect and saleable condition. However, if we are at fault and send the wrong item, we will cover return costs and send you the correct item.

Any rights not expressly granted by this Agreement are reserved to The Shop Owner.
